My name is Silvio. I am a real estate investor, agent, and entrepreneur. I grew up in a blue collar, immigrant family from Portugal, where I learned the value of hard work at a young age. I became interested in real estate after the 08' market crash, leading me to buy my first rental property when I was 25. I started with nothing and hand wrote over 2,000 letters to homeowners, and since then I have bought and sold over 100 homes in the Union & Essex County.
My company focuses on acquiring, renovating, and reselling residential property in Union & Essex County, NJ. We are dedicated to creating win-win outcomes for homeowners that need a quick cash solution to selling their home.
When people hear "real estate investor", they tend to think I only care about money. But that's just not true. Of course I am looking for an investment opportunity, after all - this is how I feed my family! But that doesn't mean I can't be helping someone at the same time. In fact, what I take most pride is in NOT buying and selling a piece of property, but rather knowing that I've made an impact on someone's life.
In my spare time I enjoy studying personal development. I am passionate about food and cooking and making wine. I love playing soccer and basketball, gardening & most of all - spending time with my wife Denise, my baby daughter Miranda, and my dog Kimbo
